Cailivia Return & Refund Policy

At Cailivia, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
It must have all original tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Items not eligible for return:
Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors.
Customized or personalized items.
Sale/discounted items and Gift Cards.
Personal care goods or hazardous materials.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at CaiLivia8@gmail.com.
Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at CaiLivia8@gmail.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the issue.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6.. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at CaiLivia8@gmail.com.
