At Cailivia, we strive to deliver your favorite tees as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Times
India (Domestic): 4–7 business days.

International Shipping: 10–20 business days (please note that customs delays in the destination country may occur and are beyond our control).

💸 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.

❗ Delays & Responsibility
While we work with reliable courier partners, Cailivia is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions.

Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

Local strikes or regional lockdowns.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

📦 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or if the courier was unable to reach you after multiple attempts, we will contact you.

Please note that reshipping costs will apply to send the package out a second time.
